Strawberry Margarita



1 Small Box Strawberry Jello

1 Cup Boiling Water

1/2 Cup Tequila

1/4 Cup Cointreau

1/4 Cup Cold Water


Put Strawberry Jello into heat proof bowl

Pour in the 1 Cup of boiling water — being sure to stir until Jello is completely dissolved

Add the Tequila, Cointreau and Cold Water

Stir until well blended

Arrange empty shot cups on serving trays of some kind — to make it easy to carry to refrigerator when they are ready to be chilled

Carefully pour ingredients into 1 oz. or 2 oz. paper or plastic souffle cups of your choice

Place into refrigerator until set


Other Suggestions:

You can also rim the cups with a little salt if desired

Cute Idea

Use fresh strawberries – all you have to do is cut a little of the strawberry off the bottom, so they will stand up.

Be sure not to cut off to much – you don’t want any holes!

Hull out the inside of each Strawberry

Rim Strawberry with a little salt – OPTIONAL

Fill Strawberries with Jello mixture and place in refrigerator until set
