Bar Owning – Bartending


Robert Burns



1/3 oz. Sweet Vermouth

1/3 oz. Benedictine or – Dash of Orange Bitters and Dash of Pernod

1-1/2 oz. Scotch


Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice

Shake until very cold

Strain into glass

Can also be poured over ice – if preferred


Chilled Cocktail Glass
