Pumpkin Pie Moonshine



2 cups Everclear – 190 Proof

2 Cups Pinnacle Whipped Vodka – Optional – Tastes like the whipped cream on the pie — YUM!

1 – 29 oz. Can 100% Pure Pumpkin — (the kind you add your own spices)

2 cups Brown Sugar – firmly packed

Spices —

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

2 teaspoons Ground Ginger

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves


you can use 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 Tablespoons of Pumpkin Spice instead of the other spices if you prefer. Either way is just fine. The more Pumpkin Spice you use the stronger the Pumpkin Flavor will be

1 Gallon Apple Cider


In a large container – (be sure it is a large enough container – bowl or pot – to fit all of the ingredients you see above) – put in the Canned Pumpkin, Brown Sugar and Spices.

Stir well

You can use a whisk or a mixer for this, just make sure it is mixed well. Now pour in the Apple Cider

Stir well

Pour in both alcohols and stir well once again

Pour mixture into jars and seal

Place into refrigerator for at least 2 weeks (the longer in the frig the better)

Shake the jar well before serving
