Bar Owning – Bartending




 

Mojito

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Light Rum

3 fresh Mint Sprigs

2 teaspoons Sugar

3 Tablespoons fresh Lime Juice

Club Soda

Directions:

In a tall thin glass, crush part of the Mint with a fork or a muddler
to coat the inside of the glass

Add the Sugar and Lime Juice and stir

Add ice

Pour in Rum and stir again

Fill with Club Soda

Glass:

Collins Glass/Chimney

or

Any Fancy Glass

Garnish:

Lemon Slice

and

Remainder of the Mint Sprig
