Margarita – Jello Shot



1 Small Box Lime Jello

1 Cup Boiling Water

3/4 Cup Tequila

1/8 Cup Triple Sec

1/8 cup Orange Juice

Lime Juice

Kosher Salt


Prepare shot cup — This part is optional

Dip rim of shot cup in Lime Juice – then into Kosher Salt

Put Jello into heat proof bowl

Pour in boiling water, being sure to stir until Jello is completely dissolved — about 2 minutes is good

Add the Tequila, Triple Sec and Orange Juice

Stir until well blended

Carefully pour Jello mixture into 1 oz. or 2 oz. paper or plastic souffle cups of your choice

Place them all on trays of some kind and place into refrigerator until set
