Lime In The Coconut



1 Small Box Lemon Jello

2 Small Boxes Lime Jello

2-1/4 Cups Boiling Water

1 Can Coconut Milk or Coconut Juice

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

2 Cups Malibu Rum


Put all 3 boxes of Jello into heat proof bowl

Pour in the 2-1/4 cups of boiling water — being sure to stir until Jello is completely dissolved

Pour in the Coconut Milk and Lime Juice

Stir and let cool a little bit

Add the Malibu Rum

Stir until well blended

Before pouring ingredients into shot cups

Arrange empty shot cups on serving trays of some kind

Carefully pour ingredients into 1 oz. or 2 oz. paper or plastic souffle cups of your choice

Place into refrigerator until set
