Kiwi Mojito



2 oz. Light Rum

1/2 cup Kiwi — peeled and chopped

3 Mint Leaves

1/2 oz Mint Syrup

1/2 oz. Lime Juice


Puree the Kiwi in a blender or food processor until smooth

Muddle the mint leaves with the mint syrup in a shaker

Now fill the shaker with ice and pour in the rum, lime juice and Kiwi Puree

Shake until good and cold

Strain into glass

Option — Top with 7-Up/Sprite or Club Soda if you want a fizzier drink.
