Caribbean Blue



1 Large Box Berry Blue Jell-O – 6 oz.

2 Cups Boiling Water

1/2 Cup Cold Water

1-1/2 Cups Rum


Put Jello into heat proof bowl

Pour in boiling Water — being sure to stir until Jello is completely dissolved — around 2 minutes or so

Add the 1/2 cup of Cold Water and the 1 1/2 cups Rum

Stir until well blended

Arrange empty shot cups on serving trays of some kind — to make it easy to carry to the refrigerator when they are ready to be chilled.

Carefully pour ingredients into 1 oz. or 2 oz. paper or plastic souffle cups of your choice

Keep in refrigerator until set
