Caramel Apple Moonshine



2 1/2 cups Everclear

1 cup Caramel Vodka

2 qts = (64oz.) apple cider

2 qts = (64oz.) apple juice

4 cinnamon sticks

8 whole cloves

1 cup light brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

15 caramel candies (unwrapped)



Put the following ingredients into a large pot – apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, light brown sugar, white sugar and caramel candies

Bring to a boil, once it reaches a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover – Simmer for an hour

Turn off heat – let cool completely

Strain to remove cinnamon sticks and cloves

Pour in the Everclear and Caramel Vodka – Stir to combine – You can add more Everclear if you like it strong

Pour into jars – refrigerate or place in a cool area

The longer it sits the better it tastes – but you can drink this right away also.



Mason Jars – Pint size (great size for gift giving) or any size you like
